iTunes Bug Acknowledgement

Often, this error is a result of your iTunes credit not appearing even though it has been credited to your account. To check for this, you must sign out of iTunes, completely close the iTunes application, restart iTunes, and then sign in again and check your credit balance. If that did not work, please acknowledge here that you have attempted this solution.
